Refunds Policy
All goods are thoroughly checked prior to shipping. If any item is found to be damaged or faulty, it can be returned or exchanged by contacting our customer care at 0312-1842648.
Zeborsa is only liable to exchange or accept returns within 5–7 days from the date of delivery. Any claims made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
In the event of a return, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is returned undamaged. If the item is received in damaged condition, the product will be shipped back to the customer.

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or as a store voucher code, depending on the original payment method. -
Refund Amount:
Refunds apply to the product value only.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. -
Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer. -
Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. -
Shipping Costs:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. -
Exchanges:
In case of an exchange, the new order will incur a delivery charge of Rs. 199.
